You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using primarily Fedex, but UPS, and USPS shipping are available. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based weight of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our Koi are quarantined for 21 days at our facility regardless of origin and are sold only when healthy and vibrant. They are guaranteed to arrive alive at destination. In order for refunds to be granted, all loses during shipping must be documented by email within 4 hrs of arrival. The email must include a photo of the Koi with the tail removed.
