If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within thirty days for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Our Koi are quarantined for 21 days at our facility regardless of origin and are sold only when healthy and vibrant. They are guaranteed to arrive alive at destination. In order for refunds to be granted, all loses during shipping must be documented by email within 4 hrs of arrival. The email must include a photo of the Koi with the tail removed.
